The Travis County Title Plant includes information from January 1940 including back plant tract books/take-off cards and customized appraisal district maps. The May 1982 forward segment is all computerized records posted to the Subdivision legal descriptions and/or the acreage descriptions to the Appraisal District geographic ID and/or the Name Index. The Plant includes Probate Court cases as well as District Court cases. Additionally, we post court cases to property where applicable. Our subdivision lot/block edit system has been vetted over 35 years to be the most accurate and timely information possible.

The Williamson County Title Plant includes information from March 1943 and is all computerized records posted to the Subdivision legal descriptions and/or the acreage descriptions to the Abstract Numbers and/or the Name Index. The Plant includes Probate Court cases as well as District Court cases. Additionally, we post court cases to property where applicable. Our subdivision lot/block edit system has been vetted over 35 years to be the most accurate and timely information possible.

The Hays County Title Plant includes information from August 1848 and is all computerized records posted to the Subdivision legal descriptions and/or the acreage descriptions to the Abstract Numbers and/or the Name Index.
